We pride ourselves on giving pet parents the peace of mind that their pet is in the best hands possible by providing them with a safe, clean, and loving environment while their owner is away.
Our Facilities
Pawtown is designed with the comfort and privacy of pets in mind. The suites in Pawtown are designed in a way so that our guests are not required to be within direct eyesight of another guest and never have access to the pet in the suite next to them. There will never be another dog simply staring or barking at them. Our facility has skylights in its main boarding area to mimic dogs’ natural circadian rhythm in which they fall asleep as it naturally gets dark. All guests get to enjoy subtle music playing throughout the facility. Turf grass allows our guests to have clean and maintained areas to play and go potty. Our central air system is equipped with UV lights to aid in the decontamination of the air in our building. We clean our facility with a central wet-vac system instead of traditional mop-based cleaning. All dishes are sent through the dishwasher for optimal cleaning.

The process to get our poodle enrolled for boarding was fast and simple. Every person I spoke with was polite and sincere. We were so excited to see daily video updates on how he was doing. It eased out minds during our vacation. Prior to exit my last minute request for Cash to have a haircut was not a problem and he looked great. I truly feel like while we were in vacation so was Cash.
