Basic Bath: A simple bath and towel dry to freshen up your pet between grooms.
Deluxe Bath: A bath, blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and finishing spray – everything your pet needs for a fresh and clean look.
Mini Groom: Includes everything in the Deluxe Bath, plus a tidy-up trim of the face, feet, and sanitary areas.
Full Groom: Our full grooming service includes everything in the Deluxe Bath, plus a full-body haircut tailored to your pet’s breed or your personal preferences. Your pet will leave looking and feeling their best!

- Face, Feet, and Sanitary Trim: A quick refresh service combining trims around the face, feet, and sanitary areas to keep your pet looking neat between grooms.
- Face Trim: Keep your pet’s face neaet and tidy with a light trim around the eyes, muzzle, and chin.
- Feet Trim: We’ll carefully trim the fur around the paw pads to keep your pet from slipping and help reduce dirt tracking.

FAQs
Yes, you must book an appointment for any full-grooming service including full haircuts, mini-grooms, shed-less treatments, and bath services. Pets that are already signed up for another service within our facility may request bath, nail trimming, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning the same day as their daycare or boarding by simply asking one of our customer service representatives!
We ask for proof of the Rabies vaccination for grooming
If our groomers discover fleas during the grooming process it is our policy to call to inform you, and given your permission, give the pet a capstar flea pill at the cost of the owner.
The typical turn-around time for dog grooming is approximately 1.5-2 hours. We will send you a text message that your pet is ready, and you can pick up at your convenience.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own shampoo. Many pets are prescribed medicated shampoo, and we are happy to help.
